Today we are sharing with you how to make a pillowcase 2 different ways.
I love using my serger. It’s lightening quick and finishes off raw edges perfectly.
So…if you have a serger and want to make up some pillowcases in a hurry here is the video how-to for you:
But what if you don’t have a serger but still want a pillowcase with finished edges?
Then this video how-to is the one for you. It will walk you through how to enclose your seams for a polished finish to your pillowcases.
Both pillow cases require 1.25 yards of a main print fabric and 10″ wide by WOF of a coordinating print.
Cutting measurements for the serger pillowcase are:
*Main Print 20.5″ by 26.5″
*Coordinating Print 20.5″ by 10″
Cutting measurements for the sewing machine pillowcase are:
*Main Print 21″ by 27″
*Coordinating Print 21″ by 10″
***Pillowcase kits to make all the pillowcases (and a few others) are available HERE in the shop!***
